2. Field Inspection Service

Inspection of Welded Pipelines, Piping, Pressure Vessels, Structures and other Weldments by qualified Inspection (AWS CWI or ASNT VT II ). WelderQualification Test Witness by AWS-approved Test Supervisor (CWI). Inspection of New and Installed Equipment by Experienced engineers and technicians for verifying compliance to Specification/Standards.

3. Mechanical Testing

Tensile, Bend, Flexure, Impact, Fatigue, Torison and other Mechanical Tests on Ferrous, Non-Ferrous, Ceramic, Plastic, Rubber and Composite Materials

4. Corrosion Testing

Slat Spray, CASS, Coating Thickness, and Corrosion Analysis Studies on materials.

5. Calibration Services

NIST Traceable Calibration of Torque Wrenches, Torque-Tension Devices and Pressure Gauges

6. Products Testing

Testing of Product Components and Assemblies to verify Components and Assemblies utilizing instruments and gauges with NIST Traceable Calibrations.

7. Welding Engineering

Consultancy for WPS Preparation, In-house/Field Inspection Services for Witness (by CWI) of PQR and WPQR Coupons, and Weldability Testing
